1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we only accept returns if:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged during shipping.

The seal was broken at the time of delivery.

You received a product that is expired or defective.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like personal dislike of scent after opening, or change of mind, as perfume is a personal and intimate product.
2. Timeframe for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period will not be entertained.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@scentsndiaries.pk or WhatsApp us at 0316-4365458 with the following details:

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:

You may receive a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (as per the situation).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to any other reason (not applicable in most cases), shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
